Our Tax Accountant would be responsible for accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns with emphasis on more complex tax returns and providing backup support and problem resolution. This position will be based out of our Harvard, MA office with some remote work possible.



Responsibilities

·Prepare and review tax returns for various types of entities

·Prepare and review business use tax returns for various types of businesses

·Prepare and review income tax forecasts for various entities





Skills and Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the related field.

·Able to work independently and efficiently to adhere to various tax deadlines.

·Ability to work with multiple software systems, experience with CCH Axcess is preferred but not required.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong Excel skills.

-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
