Main Responsibilities: 




  • Lead nursing functions across the organization 

  • Provide direction and consultative support to team members and program leadership.

  • Build and execute outcome-based training programs to ensure quality of medical and nursing care



 



Qualifications: 




  • RN license and BSN required, MSN preferred  

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a community health setting
