Third Space celebrates the craft of cooking and gathering at the table. Our professional kitchen is equipped to host pop-up dinners in an intimate setting, private events and classes, while also providing catering services.

Programming ranges from intimate, demonstration-style and theme-based popup dinners led by staff, A-list chefs and restaurateurs to hands-on cooking and mixology classes, cookbook author signings, “Open Stove” competition nights, kids classes and much more.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards

- Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and sanitary manner

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production

- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a culinary role preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
