GIS Analyst

 

The Town of Pepperell is seeking a talented GIS Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Town’s GIS system was recently developed and we are looking for the right person to bring it to the next level. Typical responsibilities for this position include:

 

  • Managing the towns’ GIS system and associated databases;

  • Working on various projects with the DPW Director and Town Administrator;

  • Assisting in the asset management and compliance activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the municipally owned infrastructure;

  • Collaborating with other Town Departments including Conservation, Assessors, and Town Clerk. 


 

The GIS Analyst will have full access to state-of-the-art hardware such as a drone, GPS RTK collector equipment, tablets, and a comprehensive suite of software including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Fieldmaps.  A combination of field and office work will make up the workday, and include working with all the DPW divisions to improve the Town’s knowledge of its infrastructure.

Salary Range is $29.67 - $41.19. Starting salary DOQ. Excellent benefits, AA/EOE. Position open until filled.
